I Promise You
My Promise to my precious baby boy:
I promise to be here for you until the day I die.
I promise to love you unconditionally, and then some.
I promise that you will never be lonely, unless you request to
be alone.
I promise to play Mommy and Daddy, since your father will not be
around.
I promise to give you everything you will ever need, and if
you're lucky I might spoil you a little.
I promise to give you my full attention no matter what it is you
want, or what I am doing.
I promise to never let you suffer, for I will suffer for you.
I promise to never let you go hungry, for you will eat before me.
I promise to always keep you warm and safe, even if I am cold
and dangered.
I promise you that NO ONE will ever come between us, for you are
the only man in my life.
For you are my special little boy and I will always love you.
